Sophie is a QiGong/ Yoga teacher and Sound healer. Fabian is a Shamanic healer, gifted Seer and Light Language channeller
With intention to awaken the third eye to the higher heart
we embark on a journey of
sacred healing and empowerment attuning you to your higher self.
This offering will include:
✨Sacred plant medicine the Blue Lotus Flower in a tea ceremony~ the Blue Lotus Flower is an ancient revered sacred plant for its ability to heighten relaxation, deepen meditation, connection to the higher self and facilitate lucid dreaming.
✨Qi Gong (energy cultivation) meditation and gentle yoga practises to bring union to the body, mind and heart.
✨A sacred sound healing journey with many magical instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and Gong with prayers and Light language channeled.
