Our first wheel explores belonging - how we root, connect, and find courage. Using the colours black, coral, and red, we’ll create art that honours comfort, community, and personal strength.

A slow, supportive session, especially for those feeling the edges of loneliness or disconnection. Art as grounding, colour as conversation.

Emotional Compass: North grounds us. In this session, we explore what keeps us steady, safety, passion, and the roots of who we are.
