We’re opening the circle!
Join artist and colour guide Raychel McGuin for the launch of Turning the Wheel - a creative exploration of emotion, colour and self-expression through art and wellbeing.

Start the day with a gentle sensory experience, tuning in through colour and breath. Then stay for a relaxed drop-in session where you can add your mark to the first of our collaborative colour wheels.

Expect:
~ Calming creativity
~ Colour-themed refreshments
~ Expressive art activities (no experience needed)

Emotional Compass: This is where the compass opens - a space to gently tune in, feel where you are, and choose the direction your creativity wants to flow.
