Gelli Plate Monoprinting workshop

Ready to try something new? Then sign up for our Gelli Plate Monoprinting workshop on Thursday 1st May at 7.00pm at our studio in Wood Street, Barnet. Led by BGA member and print tutor Charlotte Staunton @escapade_prints, discover how to make unique one off prints using gel plates and a variety of materials. Learn how to ink and pull prints, use cut and torn stencils, layer for richly textured and patterned prints, and make impressions with botanicals to create a range of effects. Gel plates, printing equipment, cleaning materials, baking paper, pencils and basic paper will be provided. Participants will need to bring some acrylic paints, brushes, an apron and gloves, scissors, craft knife, and a portfolio or similar to take your work home in.
Prices and booking
The cost of this event is only £20 for BGA members and £25 for non-members. Payment needs to be made in advance and spaces are limited, so to guarantee your place please book via the tickets link.
