Landscape & Seascape Felting Workshop

Discover the art of felting in this inspiring, hands-on day workshop designed for both beginners and those looking to refine their skills. Under the expert guidance of Claire Priestley, a talented felt artist and member of The International Feltmakers Association, you’ll transform a favourite landscape or seascape photograph into a stunning 50cm x 50cm felt artwork to take home.
What to Expect:
Morning: Begin by selecting and discussing your chosen photo (provided in advance), then lay out your wool picture with guidance and tips from Claire.
Afternoon: Learn wet felting techniques to bring your image to life, then add fine details using needle felting for depth and texture.
Throughout the Day: Enjoy small group tuition, access to a beautiful range of wools, fibres, textures, and colours, and plenty of encouragement in a friendly, creative atmosphere.

Cost: £85 (includes all materials, tuition, and light refreshments)
What to Bring: A medium-sized towel and your chosen photograph
