Restorative Yoga August

Join me for DEEP REST in August.

Your monthly restorative yoga rest, restore and reset. A place to wholeheartedly soften and deeply relax.

Restorative Yoga is a slow, restful, peaceful yoga journey with long held yoga poses and beautiful guided meditations to lull you into a deep state of restorative relaxation.

Sunday 31st August at 10am-12noon at Balanced Life Yoga, 546 Bookmark Ave, Renmark.

Bookings are essential as space is limited.

BYO yoga mat (if you have one) blankie, pillow and water bottle. Wear super comfortable clothing and thick cosy socks.
