I have taken our love (and need) for Restorative Yoga one step further and am offering you a WHOLE DAY of deeply restful experiences, including restorative yoga of course, but also a whole day of rest, meditation, guided relaxation and so. much. more.

Picture yourself spending a Sunday in winter, in one of Renmarks premium accommodations, lying by the fire, deep in restorative meditation… Ahhhhh, bliss. Enjoy delicious and nutritious food (that you don’t have to prepare OR clean up!) morning and afternoon tea and a luxurious long lunch.
