Join Wayne Harris for our weekly small and friendly hour long TAI CHI sessions at
2 TIME SLOTS EVERY TUESDAY EVENING

He has been practicing the Lishi style of Tai Chi for over two decades and he covers breathing techniques, stretching exercises, patterns of movement, balancing exercises and much more.

Perfect for beginners with no experience, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn this ancient Taoist art in a small and friendly group.

Classes numbers are currently limited to a maximum of 10 in size to ensure individual attention.
