Madder Science: Young Scientist in Action

Calling all budding scientists! Currituck County 4-H is hosting a workshop "Young Scientists in Action", an exciting program for youth ages 8-14, where participants will dive into the scientific method and conduct their own science experiments.

In this hands-on experience, participants will design, test, and analyze their own experiments, then present their findings just like real scientists! This program encourages critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for discovery.

There is a registration fee of $5.00. Payment can be made with a credit card via Eventbrite, or cash/check payable to NCSU. Checks and cash can be delivered to the Currituck Extension Office at 120 Community Way, Barco, NC 27917 within 5 days of registration.

All participants must also be enrolled in 4-H Online for the 2025 program year; the link to that portion of the registration process is https://v2.4honline.com/
