� RAD® ACID ATHLETICS IS COMING TO @crossfitknoxstreet

On Saturday July 26th, we are hosting RAD GLOBAL ACID ATHLETICS which will give 3 males and 3 females the opportunity to win a pair of RAD shoes!

To have a chance of winning, you must complete the following workout:

For Time
50/40 Cal Row
50 Wall Balls 9/6kg
50/40 Cal Bike Erg

Heats will run in 15 minute blocks from 8am so don’t forget to put your name down by messaging us or reserving for class at 8AM ONLY!

How to win?

Top 2 males and females will win a pair of RADs AND one male and one female who participate will be in a random drawing for our other 2 pairs!!
