Joe and Vicki Price

Joe and Vicki Price are a legendary Iowa blues duo whose passion, talent, and deep musical roots have earned them a lasting place in the state’s music scene. Joe, known for his unforgettable slide guitar style and magnetic stage presence, first made his mark in the 1970s with the influential band Mother Blues. Vicki, with her structured guitar playing and powerful voice, adds fire and soul to their performances, drawing comparisons to Loretta Lynn and June Carter.

Together, they’ve opened for icons like John Lee Hooker, Buddy Guy, and Al Green, released numerous critically acclaimed albums, and won the 2009 Independent Music Award for Best Blues CD. Inducted into the Iowa Blues Hall of Fame and the Iowa Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Joe and Vicki Price continue to bring joy and authenticity to every stage they share.
