Reiki is a beautiful healing modality to learn. Level 1 is for your own personal healing. I feel Reiki is a gateway for many people stepping onto the healing path.
As a healer, I have years of training and experience in client work and the healing arts. During the training, you'll be given tools to support you in your daily life.
Reiki was a key that unlocked so much for myself as a teenager, and I've taught Reiki for over twenty years. You'll receive the 4 attunements for Level 1 in Reiki, and I only take a small group of people for a truly intimate experience. You'll learn about the History of Reiki and the Reiki Principals.
Learn how to give a Reiki treatment on a chair and on a treatment table. You'll learn how to balance the chakras and pendulum work. There will be lots of practice, learning, and sharing. With guided visualisations, somatic exercises, breath work, and grounding techniques.
You'll have continued support after your training also. We will do a follow-up Zoom call around a month after the training, for questions & check-in. After receiving the 4 level 1 Reiki initations, you will go through a 21-day detox. Mentally, physically, spiritually & emotionally.
