Are you tired and have tried everything, longer naps, earlier bedtimes, shorter naps, contact naps and still finding sleep difficult with your little one. Then come along and have your questions answered my me Gillian Arundel IBCLC and Holistic sleep coach.
Sleep solution Circle is a group sleep coaching session where I will base the talk on your specific questions and give you tools to tackle different situations or difficulties you may be having with your little ones sleep. It will take the guess work out of nap times and lengths, bedtime routines and dropping naps and bedtime battles, stop the worry over feeding to sleep and I will help you figure out if your little ones is actually getting enough sleep and give you some tips that are responsive to your little ones needs with no cry it out methods involved.
It’s baby friendly so you can bring your little ones along.
