Nei gong Training ~ IRELAND

The first two days will be foundations of Nei gong training and the last four days more advanced work.

Folk can book for all of the days, just the foundation days or the more advanced following 4 days! The foundation work will take place from Tuesday 29th - 30th July, then 31st, 1st, 2nd, 3rd August will be more advanced work.

We will establish the principles and conditions to initiate the Nei Gong process, activate the Dan Tian and deepen our understanding of the principles/theory of the art.

With the rest of the time we will aim to take this deeper, with Qi building, environmental work with the wonderful trees and rivers surrounding the centre.

The aim over this time together, will be to assist with clearing and opening the energetic pathways needed for greater health, energy, and clarity of mind. Expect to work hard, deepen your practice and enjoy this fascinating and rewarding art.
