No membership is required, just show up and run. Each day is held as a separate event. Average will allow for points for WCBRA as well, You are not required to sign-up for a series even if one is currently underway.

The following are city rules and need to be followed so that we can continue having these jackpots.
ALL riders (anyone sitting on a horse) on city property during events are REQUIRED to sign a release of liability. If you have NOT signed one, please see the book-keeper/ gate person prior to getting on your horse. These releases are good for a full year so you only need to sign one once per year.
Riders under the age of 16 are REQUIRED to wear helmets. Please plan accordingly.
NO SMOKING! AC Dysart Park is owned and operated by the City of Banning, and all city parks have no smoking policies in effect. However, AC Dysart Park has special exemptions to allow smoking in certain designated areas. Smoking is still prohibited in spectator areas. This includes all bleacher areas as well as spectator areas where picnic tables are placed throughout the park. If you would like to smoke during our weekly Jackpots, please do so out in the parking and driving areas away from all picnic tables, bleachers and any areas where spectators are gathered.
All dogs MUST be on a leash (City law). No dogs are permitted in the spectator areas including the picnic tables near the arena entrance gates. PLEASE do not bring your dogs with you to check-in or sign-up. Please leave them at your trailer when you come sign-up or come to the office for any reason.
NO TRASH! Please pick up after yourself and throw all trash into a trash container.

SUNSET RULE - We may delay the start of our races or schedule a break in the race during the sunset because the sun can interfere with the functioning of the timers or with the horse/rider's vision on the run home/gate. While we make every effort to anticipate this issue and pause the race if we deem it necessary, it is the sole responsibility of each rider to verify that the sun will not cause them or their horse a problem prior to beginning their run. Each rider and horse is different and what can impact one rider or horse may not impact all riders or horses equally. We will handle any request to pause the race or move your draw number at our discretion upon your request and prior to the start of your run. We will not offer re-runs after you have run so please ask before your run if you think it will be an issue for you or request your draw preference accordingly.
