*Community Group* Colouring & doodling:)

� Coloring is a great way to relieve stress, it calms the brain and helps your body relax. It can also help you be more mindful, focused and in the moment. And on top of that it’s a lovely activity you can do whilst chatting with friends.

�Join us for a chilled colouring session in the roundhouse Thursday evening. We’ve got all the resources, including plain paper if you prefer to go rogue and do your own designs and doodles!
