About the event
How tough is the Welsh 3000s? What’s you new ultra event?
How fast do I need to be?
This is a common question asked about my big events. The answer is always the same… you don’t have to be a runner but you have to move solidly through tough terrain and on the downhills to make the time up after the difficult slogs! Remember the uphill sections are JUST half of the overall challenge.
Considering participating in an event next season? Concerned about your pace? Join my tryout day for a taste of the Welsh 3000s or Eryri X pace through the most challenging part of the course. While the Glyderau isn't true scrambling, it's undoubtedly the most exhausting on the legs...
Ask questions, meet other like minded people, and settle all your worries around the events.
