Explore healthy, unhealthy and abusive relationship patterns. Learn about effective communication and practice discussing topics related to romantic and intimate relationships in ways that are grounded in your values. For parents and caregivers of children ages 0-18.

Conversations about sexuality and sexual health are crucial in raising healthy and confident children. Join us for our new series of interactive workshops to learn how to navigate those sometimes awkward but essential conversations that foster well-being, healthy relationships and informed decision-making. We empower parents and caregivers with knowledge, skills and confidence to engage in open, honest and supportive conversations about sexuality and sexual health with their children.
Our workshops provide insights and tips about how to approach conversations about sexuality and sexual health with your children, as well as opportunities to practice answering common questions that children have.
This program will increase your:
> knowledge of the role of parents and caregivers as sexual health educators
> awareness of your own attitudes, values and beliefs as they relate to sexuality
> comfort in discussing topics related to sexual health with children and youth
> ability to use resources and tools to increase knowledge and comfort discussing sexuality, sexual health and relationships, as well as answering questions from your children
