Time to restore your mind and body
We are delighted to welcome you to join myself & Jo (sound healer) to nourish your soul for a one-day yoga wellness retreat in the beautiful setting of my tranquil studio in Fenny Compton. This will be a wonderfully relaxing day retreat filled with uplifting practices that will restore your body and mind.
Autumn is when the natural world begins to slow down, let go of what no longer serves, and cosy up in preparation for the rest and quietude of winter. At this time of year, it's natural to crave connection, warmth, soothing rituals and home comforts.
T H E DAY
11am | Arrival & Welcome
11.15| Restore and Reset
A grounding meditation, Somatics, Mindful slow flow & Yin
1.00pm | Lunch
Two course vegetarian lunch by Lexi
2.00pm | Cacao & Restore* with special guests
A very unique offering, we will begin with a ceremonial cup of cacao, then be guided into some restorative postures with extra props to support you. You will then be soothed by instrumentalist duo Hang loose (Gina & Zac) on this Autumn themed sound scape.
Hang Loose bring the sonic world of harp and hang drum, a soundscape like no other, breaking boundaries in this unexpected complimentary combination duo. The harp and hang create a unique soundscape with interweaving melodies that amalgamate for mellifluous music.
