A day designed to allow you to pause from your everyday life and deeply nourish the body, mind, and soul. It is an opportunity to reconnect to yourself: who you are… and who you are becoming.

During the day, we will be honing in on the energy of the element of Water in CMT (Chinese medicine theory), & the medicine wheel. 

The Medicine Wheel is a powerful symbol and philosophy of healing shared by many Native American cultures. It connects us to the potent forces of nature, roots us in the wisdom of the Four Directions, and invites us into an awareness of the continual flow of life.

We will shed old patterns and energies, W**d our inner garden, and create a fertile ground for something new and positive to take root.

Step into an awareness of our life’s trajectory and how our daily choices affect us and those around us. We intentionally choose to create a life of beauty and purpose, carefully planting seeds of positivity. Recognise our place in the world.

Igniting a connection with your soul to make space for body and mind to rest, restore and energise.

10.00 am | Arrive
Breakfast granola bar, herbal teas

10.30 am | Ignite
Welcome sacred ceremony, followed by an intuitive slow flow to lift and open your heart

12.30 pm | Nourish
2-course lunch 

1.45 pm | Holistic Sound
A profound sound healing journey with Jenny Ann 

3 pm | Afternoon Tea
Homemade cake and tea 

3.30 pm | Breath, Mantra, Yin/Restorative & yoga nidra for deep rest

Closing the day with a fire pit ritual if the weather allows

5 pm | Depart
