** ALONGSIDE OUR SPONSORS, CHERISHED VEHICLE INSURANCE SERVICES, WE HAVE DECIDED OUR JUNE EVENT WILL BE DEDICATED TO FUNDRAISING FOR THE FAMILIES OF JENNIE LOGAN, MARTYN SADLER & DAVE CHESTER, THE 3 PEOPLE WHO TRAGICALLY LOST THEIR LIVES, AND THE TWO FIREFIGHTERS CRITICALLY INJURED DURING THE FIRE AT BICESTER MOTION**
As both a part of the automotive community, and a local community supported by Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service, we feel compelled to use our event to raise money that can be donated to the families of the 2 Firefighters and 1 other brave member of the public who died, and the two Firefighters who were critically injured, during the fire at the Bicester Motion site in May. The automotive community always shows it's strength in times like these, and so we hope that we can facilitate an act of kindness for the families of Jennie, Martyn and Dave.
We are suggesting a minimum donation of £5 per car as well as donations from pedestrian visitors, and our venue and vendors will also donate a percentage of their takings on the day.

The event is open to classic, sports and enthusiast vehicles of all ages, with usual attendance 200-300 vehicles - which we hope to smash through for this special fundraiser.
If you’re attending as a visitor and don’t have a vehicle you wish to display, please make use of the new car park at the entrance, but DO NOT PARK ON ANY PRIVATE PROPERTY THAT ISN’T PART OF THE CRICKET CLUB. There is also parking next to the Kingsfield nursery / park, or along White Post Road. If you require disabled parking, please make a Marshall aware and there is designated parking inside the venue.
Above all, remember this is a community event and please arrive and leave respectfully. Any cars seen driving irresponsibly, disrespectfully revving etc. will be banned from the event in future. Review our code of conduct before coming and ensure you are happy to adhere to it.
