Led by Raymond Gaviola, this healing-centered workshop offers a dynamic introduction to Tinikling, one of the oldest and most well-known traditional dances of the Philippines. Participants will explore the rhythm, coordination, and storytelling behind this bamboo pole dance while also engaging in gentle, embodied movement practices that connect dance to care, culture, and presence. Open to all levels; no prior dance experience required.
