Eventbrite has changed the way they recieve info. The ticket buyer must provide attendee information after the paymment. After you make the payment, we need this info for each ticket: name, email address, home address, cell phone number, t shirt size and all the questions at the end to complete your registration. We must have all this information for your registration to be valid. Some of you have skipped this part during registration. Eventbrite will send you a reminder to do it. You must do this. If you do not add all the names within a week of registering we will refund your money back and open up the registration to the next person. No exceptions.
Please note:All Attendees that wish to be seated together for the UC Star Awards Dinner and Dance must register on Eventbrite together in one transaction or you can mail in ALL REGISTRATIONS together in the same envelope at the same time. The tables are in groups of 10. Some 12-seater tables are available. All tables will be either 10 or 12 depending on what table inventory is available. The seating is done as the registrations come in. We will not move anyone after your registration has been received. Registration will officially open at 4pm e.s.t. on June 2. 2025. Do not mail, Fedex, UPS or postmark before May 29, 2025. Mail-in registrations must be received no later than June 4, 2025. If we sell out, before we receive your mail-in registration we will mail it back to you.
No tickets will be sold at the door. All times subject to change. You must 18 Years or older to attend any event.
Registration Policy:The person registering is required to register in the name which is on their Valid Government Issued Picture ID. Nicknames or aliases are not accepted. A legible email address, which is accessible to the registrant, is also required on the registration form. If an individual is registering more than one person, each registrant must be identified by their individual contact information.Our wristbands and lanyards are made of plastic and vinyl. They must always be worn around your neck and wrist to enter the events. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are allergic to either, please do not register. Your money will not be refunded if you refuse to wear either.
Check-In Policy:When a person arrives, they must Check-In with their Valid Government Issued Picture ID. If the name on the ID doesn’t match the name on registration form, they will not be allowed to Check-In. At Check-In, only YOU can Check-In for yourself. You can only check in during our registration hours.Upon Check-In, your wrist will be affixed with a waterproof wristband and lanyard for your neck. Both must be worn the entire weekend and is your All Access Weekend Pass. If you refuse or forget to wear both items, you will be denied entry and no monies will be returned. If your waterproof wristband is removed or tampered with, you will be denied entry and no monies will be returned.

A la Carte Tickets:
A la carte events or items can only be ordered on eventbrite. Once the weekend pass sells out, there will be a la carte tickets available on Eventbrite for the Saturday night after parties.
Your wristband to attend any a la carte event will be available for pickup 15 minutes before the event starts. We will not provide the wristband for a la carte earlier than 15 minutes. No exceptions.
Refund and Transfer Policy:The Union Crew DOES NOT refund for event cancellations due to medical illness, family emergencies, loss of employment, job relocation, death of a loved one, military deployment, lateness or any other reasons not listed above. The registrant can transfer their registration within the transfer policy timeline. The transfer is completely the responsibility of the registrant.If the registrant has paid and doesn’t attend the event and would like the contents of their registration package mailed, the $20.00 shipping fee will be their responsibility.
Travel Insurance Info:The Union Crew DOES NOT refund for event cancellations outside of our Refund and Transfer Policy. For this reason, we encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance. For assistance in obtaining travel coverage, we recommend the INSUREMYTRIP website to review and compare various insurance options to see if it meets your needs. This is only a RECOMMENDATION. Union Crew is not affiliated with this site.
Transfer Policy:Registration transfers will be allowed until 11:59 pm November 15, 2025. *NO EXCEPTIONS* The registrant must notify the Union Crew via our email address, d2FubmV0dGEwOTExIHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20= to obtain the required instructions. There will be a $35.00 service charge per person for all transfers.
T shirts, Towels and Hoodies:T shirts come in size S-5X, Hoodies only come in S-3X. If you order an item and do not pick it up, there will be a $20.00 shipping & handling fee to mail it to you.
Liability Policy:The Union Crew nor any of its representatives are, not as an organization or individually, responsible or liable for any personal theft, personal injury, damaged personal property, personal medical expenses, personal hospitalization or death as a result of a guest’s voluntary participation in any activities sponsored or given by the Union Crew organization at the time of the event or any time in the future.
RELEASE AND WAIVER:I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE UNION CREW LINE DANCE FOUNDATION INC AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.
ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK:I acknowledge and understand the following: 1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID. While particular rules may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; 2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties; and 3. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.
