Synchronized Swimming Moves & Grooves with Fluid Movement

Synchronized swimming Moves & Grooves are back, baby!! These sessions are drop-in style classes where anyone ages 9+ can come in and learn some synchronized swimming basics and put it all together in a mini routine set to music. No experience synchronized swimming or with Fluid Movement is required!

Join us for our second 6-week session, taking place on Saturdays from 12-1:30 PM between April 12-May 17.

These sessions will be happening at Cahill Recreation Center (4001 Clifton Ave) - not to be confused with Callowhill Aquatic Center, where we have been doing these for the last couple of years.

***Please note that the sessions on May 3 & May 10 are exclusively for new Fluid Movers!*** By new, we mean people who have NEVER swam with us before, people who have only swam in one-two water ballets, or people who haven’t swam with us in over 5 years!
