Summer Sound Bath Series

Join Bri Alexander Wellness for an evening summer sound bath meditation series. Let the soothing sounds and vibrations reset your nervous system, helping you to relax, de-stress, and unwind. Instruments include crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, Tingsha bells, chimes, drums, rainsticks, and more, all designed to calm the mind and restore balance. Come enjoy the restorative sounds & vibrations! Please bring your yoga mat and feel free to bring a pillow/ cushion for added comfort. All Levels Welcome!

Dates: Wednesday, July 23rd & August 13th, 6:30-7:45pm

Cost: $30 drop-in, $55 for both sessions (members receive 10% off!)
