We’re switching things up for our newest Dinner Series—and you’re gonna want to be there. Think three delicious courses, fun and fancy cocktails, and a menu that lets Amelia really show off what she can do. It’s a step up from our usual dinners, with creative dishes you won’t find any other night. Come hungry, bring your friends, and let’s make it a night to remember.
This round we’re bringing the serious vibes—Cajun style. Kicking things off with a Muffaletta Chopped Salad, loaded with all the briny, crunchy goodness you’d expect. Then it’s onto the main event, a dish inspired by shrimp and grits: golden grit cakes smothered in rich Cajun gravy, with your pick of shrimp, chicken (or go all in and add andouille and bacon either of those), and tofu. We’re wrapping it up with warm bread pudding and a dreamy anglaise sauce, because bread pudding is one of the dishes Amelia makes with her soul…no recipe, just eyeballing ingredients until they feel right.
