Join us for a special yoga session where mindfulness meets wagging tails! Our Puppy Yoga Class invites you to stretch, breathe, and flow alongside some playful, adorable pups. This gentle, all-levels class is the paw-fect way to relax, connect, and share space with adoptable puppies from Hero Rescue.

Bring your mat, your love for animals, and your sense of play! Spaces may be limited, so arrive early or sign up on the Merritt Clubs app in advance to secure your spot.
