Join us for a dynamic and inspiring Muay Thai padwork workshop led by Coach Ben Lipov, WBC Muay Thai Maryland State Supervisor and co-founder of DMV Muay Thai, alongside his daughter and IFMA gold medalist, Liliana "3XL" Lipov.
This special session will focus on the unique padwork flow system Coach Ben has developed over years of coaching, competition, and travel—refined through countless hours of training with Lily and his top students. Rooted in traditional Thai padwork, the system integrates movement, timing, fight IQ, and creativity. You'll learn how to build synergy with your training partner, hold with purpose, and develop rhythm-based drills that simulate real fight scenarios.
As part of the workshop, Lily will join her father to demonstrate advanced padwork and showcase the high-level connection they’ve cultivated—one that helped lead her to achieve Gold at the 2024 IFMA Youth World Championships in Thailand.
This event is also a chance to support Lily’s journey to represent Team USA again at IFMA Worlds 2025 in Abu Dhabi this September. All proceeds and donations from this workshop will go directly toward helping fund her travel and tournament expenses.
