Come join us for a special Handpan HangOut at the beautiful Wishing Star Farm! This gathering is a learning lab: a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to explore a variety of instruments, rhythms, and sounds.

Together, we’ll introduce first touches on the handpan while also sharing techniques and skills for players at all levels. This space is open to everyone—beginners, seasoned handpan players, and musicians of all kinds. Acoustic instruments are welcome and encouraged!

Expect an evening of exploration, jam time, and share time. If you’d like, showcase a groove or co-create with others in the circle.

New to the handpan? No worries—plenty of instruments will be provided, including several handpans, drums, guitar, and shakers.

Bridgette Jester – A certified sound practitioner who has been offering sound baths and collaborative music experiences for over six years. Bridgette believes deeply in community and the magic of shared sound explorations.

Nathan – With a percussive style that flows across handpans and other drumming instruments, Nathan brings rhythm, playfulness, and an infectious smile to every gathering. He and Bridgette first met at Wishing Star Farm during a past Handpan HangOut, and their collaboration continues to bring joy and creativity to this circle.

6:30–8:00 PM • Learn Lab & Jam Collaboration

• Intro & Skill Share – A gentle welcome and supportive sharing of handpan basics and techniques
• Jam Time – Dive into group music-making and improvisation
• Share Circle – A space to showcase grooves, rhythms, or new sounds you’re exploring

• Instruments: Handpan, drum, stringed instrument, or other acoustic instruments you’d like to share (optional)
• Comforts for the Barn: Layered clothing, blankets, cushions, yoga mats, or chairs
• Snacks & Water: You may bring snacks, but please wash hands before touching instruments
• Respect & Care: Limit jewelry (it can damage handpans), honor others’ instruments, and bring an open, playful heart

• Capacity: Limited to maintain intimacy and connection
• Tickets: Sliding scale $25–$65
• Refunds: Tickets are transferable but not refundable. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if gifting your spot to someone else.
