Conservation at Plantation Park Heights Urban Farm

This event is intended for beginning and urban farmers who are interested in learning how conservation practices can be integrated into small-scale and urban farming. Farmer Chippy will lead a walk-through of Plantation Park Heights Urban Farm and explain how he applies conservation techniques to improve soil health, manage water, and build a more sustainable farm system.

Attendees will gain an understanding of basic conservation methods that are practical and adaptable for urban or limited-space growing environments. There will also be time for discussion and questions.
