BioTechnical Institute of Maryland (BTI) Upskilling Program

Builds foundational math skills up to a 6th-grade level, preparing adults for workforce training programs that require applied math and problem solving.

Improves reading and comprehension to an 8th-grade level, supporting TABE test benchmarks and meeting literacy standards required for technical training and employment readiness.
