2025 Measure Set Review (MSR) Recommendation Group Measure Review Meeting

Please note: In-person attendance is limited to the MSR Recommendation Group, invited CMS staff, and federal partners. The public is welcome to observe the meeting virtually. All attendees must register.

We are excited to invite the Partnership for Quality Measurement’s (PQM) MSR Recommendation Group to the 2025 MSR Recommendation Group Measure Review Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland, on Monday, October 6, and Tuesday, October 7. While in-person attendance is highly encouraged, we understand it may not be possible for everyone. Please select “Attend virtually” when registering to attend via Zoom. Regardless of your ability to join us in person, we invite you to actively participate in this crucial conversation.

• Exercise your vote: As an MSR member, your active participation in the measure review process is required. Whether attending in person or virtually, your vote enables the committee to make consensus-based recommendations to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services about which measures should continue to be used in select CMS quality programs. 

• Build community: Connect with fellow MSR members, forge new relationships, and foster a sense of shared purpose.
