Join us for our monthly Baltimore Tourism Association meeting on Thursday, May 8, 4pm-6:30pm aboard City Cruises vessel the Majesty. Meet our special guest speaker, Melody Baron, and find out more about her motto, “Do It With Passion or Not at All”. She will share the history of LinkedIn Local, the mission behind LinkedIn Local Baltimore, and everything you want to know about these grassroots meet up concept. Melody intends to present a town hall style conversation, so questions are encouraged! We hope you join us to learn more about LinkedIn Local Baltimore events, marketing, partnerships, and fundraising.

Melody Baron is a strategic communications and project management professional with over 20 years of experience supporting government, commercial, and local enterprises. She leads communications initiatives for multiple federal agencies on human capital, legislative policy, research and technology, environmental, safety, and financial services. Outside of Melody’s role at Booz Allen, she serves as Founder & Host of LinkedIn Local Baltimore, a volunteer run organization with a mission of networking and building community through philanthropy. Since 2018, LinkedIn Local Baltimore has supported over $1M in fundraising for local, national, and global non-profits. Melody has been recognized for her philanthropic service in the community, receiving awards from Booz Allen, Living Classrooms Foundation, Baltimore Business Journal, and the Baltimore Orioles. She is passionate about her animals, waterfront cocktails, and vintage hunting!
