All physical activities affect our subtle body. The more you understand them both and how they interact, the better you can use your physical body to affect you mood, your choices, your health.

In this masterclass you will learn and practice:

- The yogic nadi system (the lines of energy running through us similar to the nervous system)
- How the nadi system includes the chakra system
- How the chakra system is organized into left and right / lunar and solar energy
- How the chakra system is organized into the upper and lower triangles
- How all of this can be used for your own navigation when you need to focus on logistics, or open to better listening, or build greater vitality
- How we can access and tend our subtle body in yoga classes and other practices
