We bring our gifts of music and breathwork to the Maleny Yoga Shed on October 12th with the subtle relaxing and fortifying energy Blue Lotus flowers in the field: Blue Lotus Breathwork, the flowers is an optional addition as oral drops and tea, if you wish to take your session to a deeper level.

Andy Copeman's Medicine Man Music guides the breathwork journey that begins with the meditation and Blue Lotus, followed by 60-mins of breathwork and time for integration afterwards.

Bring a comfortable matt and blankets, pillow for afterwards, and water bottle. I'll be sending information to all participants on booking which includes description of this very feminine style of breathwork and confidentiality and agreements for being in the space
