CPR/AED Class at the Citfon Park Elks
CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training are important because they can significantly increase a person's chances of survival during cardiac arrest. CPR helps keep blood and oxygen flowing to the brain and vital organs when the heart stops, while an AED can shock the heart back into a normal rhythm.
