Can I bring my children?
Yes, children are welcome! Just keep in mind the peaceful nature of the event. Feel free to bring something quiet for them to do if needed.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. If you’d like, bring a water bottle. Chairs are provided. There’s no need to bring a yoga mat.
Is there a dress code?
No formal dress code—just wear something comfortable that you can sit and relax in.
Is this a religious event?
No. Kirtan is a spiritual practice rooted in ancient yogic tradition that is enjoyed by people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
