The Solar Plexus chakra is our confidence energy center and is very important to our well-being.
In this class we will learn:
where this energy center is located
how to recognize an open or closed Solar Plexus Chakra
exercises to help balances this chakra.
The second half of the night Nancy and I will be leading everyone on an emersive exercise of paint expression combined with meditation, where we will paint a picture that represents our Solar Plexus chakra.
