Explore the Crown Chakra

The crown chakra is our energy center connected to the divine and is very important to our well-being.
In this class we will learn:
where this energy center is located
how to recognize an open or closed Crown Chakra
exercises to help balances this chakra.
The second half of the night Nancy and I will be leading everyone on an emersive exercise of paint expression combined with meditation, where we will paint a picture that represents our crown chakra.
This will be a fun emersion class. Hope to see everyone here. :)
