Join us for a casual gathering to connect, share, sip cider, chat and laugh about all things peri and menopause. Whether you're seeking advice, sharing experiences, or just looking to connect with other amazing women going through similar changes, this meet up is for you!

Hi there! We’re Lisa and Jessica—two friends who often chat about our experiences with peri and menopause. One day we said, “Wouldn’t it be amazing to hear from more women, learn from each other, and offer some real support?” So, we decided to make it happen! We’re starting a meet up all about The Pause—a space to talk about anything and everything related to the peri and meno phase of life.

We’re local Bainbridge Islanders hoping to connect with other women who want to share, listen, and support one another. Come join us!

Bonus! Jessica is an Integrative Health Practitioner who helps midlife women thrive through the Pause. She'll be sharing awesome tips on how to tackle those pesky hot flashes like a pro.

Sisters Cider House is kid-friendly, so if you can’t find a sitter, feel free to bring your little ones along.
