Spring Bird Walk

Join UCAN, New Hope Bird Alliance, and Triangle Land Conservancy for a peaceful and engaging birding experience at Horton Grove Nature Preserve on May 17th (9am - 11am)!
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned birder, this walk is a great way to connect with nature, learn about local birds, and enjoy time outdoors with community. Open to ages 16 and up. Please note that no dogs are allowed (service animals are welcome).

The walk will last around 2 hours, but feel free to leave whenever you need. The trail is relatively flat, though it may not be fully accessible for those with physical challenges.

Bring your binoculars—and if you don’t have a pair, we’ll have extras on hand. Don’t forget water, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes!
