CANCELLATION POLICY:
📍 Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
📍 Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested within 3-days before the travel date.
📍 Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before AUGUST 18 (MONDAY).
📍 Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.
