Full Strawberry Moon Beach Yoga

🌕🍓 Join us for a magical evening of movement and moonlight under June’s radiant Full Strawberry Moon.

This open-level beach yoga class is a celebration of the season’s sweetness—both in nature and within ourselves.

We’ll begin with a grounding and gentle flow designed to honor the lunar energy, cultivate inner peace, and awaken your senses to the beauty all around you. Expect moon salutations, breathwork, and time for reflection as the sun sets and the moon rises above the waves.

After class, you're invited to linger on the sand and enjoy delicious strawberry-themed treats in community with other moon lovers. Whether you come solo or bring a friend, this is the perfect opportunity to slow down, connect, and celebrate the abundance of summer.
