Social Paddle – Doonfoot Beach, Ayr
Sunset Paddle with Greenan Castle Views
Join us for a FREE community paddle as we launch from Doonfoot Beach and glide along the Ayrshire coastline at sunset, with picturesque views of Greenan Castle from the water.
Location: Doonfoot Beach, Ayr
Time: On the water at 8:00 pm – please arrive earlier to prepare your kit and meet fellow paddlers.
This relaxed social session is open to all skill levels—perfect for making new friends, enjoying the evening light, and experiencing the coast in a fresh way.
Highlights:
• Scenic sunset paddle with Greenan Castle as our backdrop
• Laid back, friendly atmosphere—no pressure, just good company
This is a free event; however, if you’d like to, you can make a donation to the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) to support their vital sea-safety work.

Parking: Greenan road carpark or Greenan road. Please be considerate of local residents when parking on nearby roads.
