Getting Into Astronomy in partnership with the KW RASC

Members of the Kitchener Waterloo Centre of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada will share why they enjoy hobby astronomy, how telescopes work, and amazing things you can see in the night sky. If weather permits, the talk will be followed by an opportunity to view the surface of the sun safely through specialized solar telescopes.
