I am Alison Seaman, an energy alchemist, intuitive channel & a huge advocate of conscious living & our self discovery journey of life!
9 years ago at a huge crossroads in my life, I started what has been an epic journey. This began when I became aware of my own energy & how that can change everything.
Since then my life has changed dramatically & at age 53 I have never felt better or more me. Also being able to negotiate life's curveballs where in the past, it would have stopped me in my tracks!
So, here I am to share what I have learned & now live by & I am delighted to be sharing it at The Little Gem!
My intention for all of the workshops is for you to leave with tools to support your emotional, mental, physical & soul self & to leave you feeling lighter, brighter & more empowered.
What to expect:

☆A powerful energy healing that will clear, release, alchemise & expand your energy.
☆A drink & space for connection & talking.
☆An information sheet with tools & prompts to support you, so you can fully immerse yourself in the evening without worrying you may forget something.
In the first workshop, we will explore different emotions & how they are felt within the physical body & how this can affect our lives.
We will have a play with this so that you can easily feel the difference, how we can shift negative to more lighter energy & how this creates an impact outside of us. We will explore all that we are drawn to, as exploring is the best way to understand our energy.
This is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more fully & bring more harmony & ease to their lives!
