☀️☀️Ultimate Summer buzz☀️☀️

🌴💚💜Everyone is invited to the biggest fitness party🌴💚💜 ON THE BEACH!!

Dance - one hour of Clubbercise dance fitness on the beach - led by licensed instructor. Suitable for all dance and fitness levels .

Dip - straight in the sea to cool down🌊 Please note this is optional…..however be brave! I will even hold your hand 💕 Cold water 💧 is the ultimate buzz!!!

Tea/Coffee, amazing home baking😁 girl chat and maybe even a wee fire when we come out💚💜

Last but not least - the most welcoming group of people ever! So, please don’t worry if you are on your own - this is amazing bunch ❤️

Sharing the dance love - this class will be free 💜💚 All welcome!

Toilets available nearby - 50p contactless

What to bring
