Enjoy a deeply relaxing and immersive experience as the sounds and vibrations of the gong and other instruments of the ancient and modern world guide you into states of deep meditation and peace.

Whether you're a seasoned sound bather or curious to experience one for the first time, everyone is welcome.

What to bring:
The session is designed for you to relax lying down. If that’s not comfortable for you, we’re happy to provide a chair—just let us know in advance.
Wear warm, comfortable clothing so you're nice and cosy.
Bring along:
a yoga mat
blanket/s
pillow/bolster
eye mask/pillow (optional but recommended)
bottle of water
We recommend you avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming alcohol ahead of the session.
Timing & Arrival
Doors open at 6:50pm. Please arrive on time so you’re settled and ready for a 7:00pm start.
Latecomers would disrupt the magic so entry is not permitted once the session has begun.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late arrivals.
Important Health Note
Due to the nature of the sound vibrations and frequencies present in these sessions, sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. In particular, they are not recommended for individuals with:
- Epilepsy
- Pacemakers or other synthetic medical implants (e.g. metal pins or joint replacements)
- Tinnitus or extreme sound sensitivity
- Serious mental health conditions
- Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
If you’re uncertain whether a sound bath is appropriate for you, please consult your medical professional. Participation is at your own discretion, and it is your sole responsibility to seek advice from a medical professional if you have any concerns.
As part of the multi-sensory experience, scents may be sprayed in the space. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to scents or essential oils, please inform us before the session so we can make necessary accommodations.
