About the event

Brill Memorial Hall Group Gong Bath Relaxation Session, 8th June 2025
The session will offer you an immersive experience using the powerful vibrations of a variety of Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other theraputic instruments. Debbie is a qualified and experienced gong practitioner and a member of the College of Sound Healing, and has many years of experience supporting people in their recovery from trauma.
A comfortable mat, pillow, cosy blanket and lavender eye mask will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you wish or any other extras.
