Join me for a 2.5-hour workshop where I will introduce you to the amazing benefits of yoga which include:
👉Helping you get rid of those annoying aches and pains (like back, neck and shoulder pain) by improving your mobility and flexibility
👉Helping your body to stay young, move well and let you get on and enjoy life in the way you want to.
👉Giving you tools to help you relax and recharge and manage stress.
I will guide you through a couple of yoga breathing practices, a full yoga practice (to include many of the main poses that you would enjoy in a class) and a long relaxation.
There will be plenty of time for questions and exploration with me helping you every step of the way.
